Newly renovated and dedicated bungalow with a modern zen twist. Near downtown Yellow Springs. Quiet and cozy front unit of a duplex with nice yard, trees and covered parking. Bathroom has heated ceramic tile floor. The whole unit is decorated with new furniture, art and a new 50 inch smart TV. Step into the peaceful zen-like design, take a deep breath, and make this your home away from home. We also host a property next door "Bicycle built for 2", if you have 5-7 people you could book both.

The Berm House in Yellow Springs

My one bedroom apartment is about a half mile from the bike path and a mile from Glen Helen Nature Preserve and town. You will have two separate rooms, a bedroom and a livingroom/kitchen/dining room/dedicated work space room. The kitchen includes a stove and a refrigerator. There is a small patio with chairs and a table overlooking a large yard and a "prairie". The house is a Frank Lloyd Wright design. There are 3-4 inch steps to be navigated and a 7 1/2-10 inch step goes up to the work space.

Entrance from outside, thru laundry rm, to private door, with key lock. Includes full bed, kitchen, bathroom, tub/shower. Possibly extra airbed, sheets and blankets available. Furnishings worn but in solid condition. Dry, clean, good air quality. Lots of light.

Cozy 2nd story walk-up 1 Bdrm apartment, Left DOOR

Fairborn celebrates Halloween like nowhere else. The home to famous FOYS Halloween shop , they decorate half of main st with huge monsters , skeletons, haunted spaces and cap it off with vendors , beer carts, face painting and a celebrity or two the weekend nearest the holiday. EVERYONE is encouraged to come dressed to impress. You will be staying just 3000 feet from the downtown festivities, But far enough away not to be bothered by the sound.

Boom's Farm, coffee, tea, and fun.

We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!

Walnut Street Guest House

Private room and bath with private entrance and designated porch area. Extremely comfortable queen mattress with pillow top in cozy room, one block from downtown and five minute walk to trails with waterfalls. NO Kitchen, but has a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot with coffee, tea, sugar and purified water. - Additional 3% Village of Yellow Springs lodging tax due upon reservation.
