Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Immersa nella natura ma a meno di 10 km dal centro di Aosta, la Maison d'Avie vi offre la possibilità di soggiornare in totale tranquillità. La Maison è consigliata a chi vuole rilassarsi o visitare Aosta e a chi pratica sport: escursionismo, ciclismo e sci. Il bilocale recentemente arredato è composto da: soggiorno con divano letto, TV, cucina, camera matrimoniale, ampio bagno con bidet e doccia spaziosa. Terrazza panoramica per pranzare all'esterno, PARCHEGGIO GRATUITO in proprietà e Wifi.

Trilocale di 70 metri ristrutturato da poco. Luminoso, spazioso e con arredi nuovi. Balcone con bella vista sulle montagne. Distante pochi metri dal centro pedonale, in una zona ben servita dal trasporto pubblico e ricca di parcheggi gratuiti (numerosi sono adiacenti alla casa e usufruibili h24 tranne la domenica notte per pulizia strade). Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi alimentari, farmacia, tabacchino, bar e ristoranti. A pochi minuti i monumenti principali della città (Ponte Romano ecc).

L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, perfetto sia per visitare la città che per raggiungere le mete turistiche della regione. La cabinovia per Pila è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti (1 km) così come la stazione ferroviaria e dei pullman.

No fumatori. Si accolgono motociclisti e ciclisti (ho uno spazio protetto per i mezzi)

Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und zum Skifahren da Zermatt, Saas-Fee und Grächen schnell zu erreichen sind. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Ich freue mich auf euer Kommen 🙂
