Cozy central flat in Gran Via-Chueca.

Centrally located, just 3 minutes walk to Gran Via and Chueca stations. All transports, restaurants, shops and highligts are around the place. Very Clean and well renovated, third floor, elevator, bright , internal studio apartment, perfect for individual or a couple. There is a kitchen area fully equiped, WIFI and air conditioner. It is not the perfect place for babies but if you need a curdle for baby we can offer a travel curdel, you should rent it as a third guest, just in case.

Apartment with a very bright attic terrace in the Madrid river area (this is not La Gran Via). Fashionable and green neighborhood, its proximity to the center and its easy access. It belongs to the neighborhood of La Latina, known for its tapas and terraces. Next to Principe Pío (shopping center, metro and trains) and Casa de Campo. Walking or by bus you will arrive at the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza de Oriente, Opera, Plaza de Sol, Calle Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, etc.

Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso, dentro de una propiedad del siglo XIX totalmente independiente y a estrenar, perfectamente equipado en pleno centro histórico de Madrid. Malasaña es uno de los barrios más vivos de Madrid, situado al lado de la Gran Vía y cerca de la Plaza del Sol, cuenta con una oferta cultural y gastronómica muy variada, ambiente animado por las noches y tranquilo para pasear, disfrutar de sus terrazas al sol o ir de compras.
