Welcome to your new South Perth Getaway!! Your apartment is central, stylish, modern and new, with high quality appliances for your added convenience. The apartment is 3km from Crown Casino, 4km from Optus Stadium, 4km for the heart of Perths CBD and 10km from the Domestic airport. The Zoo is located only 15 minutes walk away and is 7 minute walk to the major supermarket. Local dining and restaurants are also at both these locations. - 1 private car bay, visitor car bays at the front of the complex and plenty for free street parking. Enjoy easy access to everything Perth city has to offer from this modern apartment with pool, tennis court and gym. We supply free tennis rackets & balls. Walk to the city or take the free bus that stops right outside the apartment complex. At the base of magnificent Kings Park, opposite a lovely park with a lake and waterfall, and 5 min walk to Swan River. 7 min drive to UWA. Very quiet and peaceful, but so close to the action. Free secured underground parking & fast unlimited wifi included.
