Welcome to your new South Perth Getaway!! Your apartment is central, stylish, modern and new, with high quality appliances for your added convenience. The apartment is 3km from Crown Casino, 4km from Optus Stadium, 4km for the heart of Perths CBD and 10km from the Domestic airport. The Zoo is located only 15 minutes walk away and is 7 minute walk to the major supermarket. Local dining and restaurants are also at both these locations. - 1 private car bay, visitor car bays at the front of the complex and plenty for free street parking. Shopping/City Optus Stadium River and City views Casino Plenty of local dining and restaurants Outdoor spaces On Site pool If visitors provide sufficient notice, chauffeur service may be arranged. The home is located near the river and lush open spaces which provide scenic walks and fun days out. It is also close to excellent shopping and entertainment with cute little cafes and local restaurants nearby just waiting to be discovered. Located close to the city, there is plenty of public trainsport including bus services (150 meters) and the ferry only 1.3 km away taking you straight to the heart of Elizabeth Quay. PRIVATE HOUSE in the centre of Perth

My place is close to the city center/CBD, opposite a beautiful park. There are theatres. museums, restaurants, public transport & bars within 5 minutes walk. You’ll love the place because it's a PRIVATE HOUSE in a quiet street, the Paddington of Perth, yet within walking distance of everything. It has its own free off-street parking for 1 car. A renovated traditional colonial cottage in a good neighbourhood with free WiFi. My place is ideal for couples, business travelers & families (with kids).

Best location quiet leafy street 2 mins walk to shops cafes restaurants theatre train etc. A stroll to beautiful Kings Park, all the major hospitals & 5 min drive to City. Subiaco has a lovely friendly village type feel with local markets every Saturday, free concerts and good theatre. Twin Gums-Subiaco/Perth Cottage

Our quaint cottage has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge/dining/kitchen and newly renovated bathroom downstairs. It has a beautiful shady private courtyard situated at the back of the property. There is dedicated free off-street parking for our guests at the front of the property and a private entrance into the back lane.
