The nearby walking/bike path leads westward to the wharf precinct where you can take a Leven River tour or enjoy ‘Live at the Wharf’ at Gnomon Pavilion for an entertaining Friday evening, Pier 01 offers fine food and dining or visit the Sunday market to stock up on produce. Take the path eastward to the famous Turners Beach Berry Patch for a taste of local fruits and great coffee and wine.

Separate from the main house our studio has a double bedroom, full kitchen, living space, bathroom & laundry. The studio looks out over our garden and courtyard, which can be used by guests. Please note our garden is also enjoyed by our young children. Located a short 10 minute drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, perfect for those early morning sails or late arrivals. A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).

Mother Goose B&B (incl B’fast) a real gem

Complementary b’fast. A real little gem tucked away in the back garden, secluded and private, not your everyday BnB, where your comfort and privacy is a priority. Well appointed with many extras. Your well stocked breakie basket contains: cereals, bread, variety of spreads, fruit & fruit juices, coffee and a selection of teas. Enjoy complementary port & chocolates to end the perfect evening; you’ll want to stay longer or return. Unfortunately not suitable for children.
