Relax and chill

Please note, from 15/08/26 the house will be shared with a puppy, a mini Dahschund called Totó! You must be a dog lovers. I’m renting the spare bedroom, the bathroom & kitchen are shared. It’s a small unit but very cosy and relaxing. I keep everything very clean and welcoming. We are in a very quiet, and safe area. You will be only 15 min walking to the beach, 2 min to the bus stop and 10 minutes walking to the shops. Other things to note: Visitors are not allowed. No vaping or smoking

Home away from home - comfort and convenience

Bus stop to Optus Stadium 100m from the villa. The villa is aesthetically pleasing throughout, quiet, calm, clean and comfortable. This villa is very central being close to Curtin University and the South Perth Hospital. There are lots of hidden treasures down my street including an art-decor cinema, tapas bar, gelato ice-cream bar, jetty into the Swan River, bakery and many restaurants. Easy freeway access. Carport and free on-street parking (no time limits).
