When booking our home you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.

The HH is uniquely decorated for comfort and warmth. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all that you need should you forego dining at the best local restaurants less than 1 mile away.

Find peace and serenity in this newly built apt over our garage. 5 wooded acres of Hickory, Beech and Pine trees with a walking trail going to the fork in the road where you have to decide to go right or left or straight ahead. Cozy room in a family home with private entrance and bathroom attached. Our location facilitates the lodging for people traveling between the northeast and southeast. The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
