Ferrarotti ligger i den sørlige delen av Piemonte, i distriktet Langhe, ca 20 minutters kjøretur fra Barolo. Området er kjent for det nydelige landskapet, vin, ost, trøfler, hasselnøtter og det piemontesiske kjøkken. Huset ligger helt usjenert, ca 500 meter over havet, med vinmarker på alle sider og en egen liten vinmark med Dolcetto-druer. Det er oppvarmet basseng med fantastisk utsikt (infinity pool) og en stor og deilig hage med flere sitteområder.

La struttura offre agli ospiti due mini alloggi dotati di cucina, stanza matrimoniale, due letti singoli e bagno privato; oltre ad una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, nella quale è possibile aggiungere un lettino per bambino o un letto singolo.
