This property has a wonderful large private garden with many different types of flowers, olive and fruit trees. There are hammocks and lounge chairs to relax in the sun. In the winter, the beautiful living room with its beautiful fireplace offers wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Oh, and it s pet-friendly too! As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a freezer. The house is a perfect place to relax Offering: - a television and internet access. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. - In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. - In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. - The third bedroom contains a double bed. There is one bathroom - Toilet and sink - Walk-in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. - Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. During the summer, you'll enjoy swimming in the lake right in front of your house and canoeing. - During the winter, you can swim in the hotsprings which is a 5 minute drive from the house. There are other hotsprings with healing qualities in Yalova too, which is half an hour drive away from the house. - If you are into hiking, the hills behind offer great opportunities to walk in beautiful nature and enjoy amazing lake view. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 12pm. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property.
