Le Torri Penthouse - Skyline Views in Lucca Walls

Overlooking Piazza Bernardini, in the heart of Lucca, Le Torri Penthouse occupies the top floor of a 16th century palazzo in the very center of the historic town. From the living room, a 360° view opens over all the medieval towers of the city, bell towers, domes and rooftops that form a skyline almost unchanged for five centuries. Inside the ancient walls, just a few steps from everything, a quiet retreat where Lucca reveals itself slowly and naturally, with light, stone, and timeless horizons.

Casa Charlotte is een vrijstaande villa/cottage in de heuvels van Lucca (15-20 minuten) met een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht en privé zwembad. Deze authentieke woning heeft prachtige typische Toscaanse elementen zoals een houten balken plafonds en terracotta vloeren. Daarnaast is de woning voorzien van alle hedendaagse gemakken zoals onder andere een airconditioning in iedere kamer (2022 geïnstalleerd) en een volledig eigen privé zwembad (10x5mtr.) La nostra nuovissima Villa "Colle di San Gemignano" è costruita con tutte le comodità moderne ma con il fascino di un vecchio fienile tipico Toscano, completamente immersa nel verde delle colline, dove potrete assaporare la pace con gli unici rumori della natura, in totale relax, lontani dal caos e dalla frenesia delle grandi città. La villa Colle di San Gemignano è situata da sola su una collina, circondata da un ampio oliveto con piscina e solarium in legno, in sintonia con la natura.

Bellissima colonica in pietra, indipendente, immersa tra gli olivi e le colline del Chianti, con giardino privato e piscina panoramica. Piano terra con ampi saloni, antico camino e forno a legna, soggiorno luminoso e cucina full optional. Al primo piano tre suites composte da camera, studio e bagno privato. Accesso tramite cancello e strada bianca in proprietà privata a soli 500 metri dal paese di Strada in Chianti. Ideale per quiete e relax. Location strategica per visitare la Toscana.

Chiesino Dei Vaioni

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.
