CNZhouse is a balance between unique on a residential area near local Avon River and convenience the City Centre offers. Steps to a pleasant Chesterfield park and a popular Little Poms neighborhood cafe. Full insulation and all double glazing. Amenities such as air conditioning, panel heater, ventilation(HRV), heat transfer and electric blankets contribute to warmth during NZ winter. Also, it is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system, various fruit trees and raised vegetable beds.

It's a 5 minute walk to a cafe and restaurant and a 10 minute walk to the ferry to Lyttelton from which you can access Christchurch by bus.
