Cosy stand-alone studio - breakfast included

Our cosy double-glazed studio is attached to the garage in the back yard of our property and offers an ensuite, television with Netflix , microwave and fridge. Continental style breakfast is offered. It is located close to the city (3.5km walk to Cathedral Square). It is handy to many amenities; movie theatres, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique-style shopping. Please note a small, very sociable dog and an elegant but very unsociable cat live on the property.

Nestled in a fantastic neighbourhood on our Somerfield property, we are close to the city and the hills so you'll have the best Ōtautahi (Christchurch) has to offer close at hand. Our Lyttel Whare (house) is a brand new, architecturally designed tiny home, thoughtfully located and decorated to maximise stunning harbour and hill views and to reflect our funky Lyttelton vibe. With access to a range of local walks, markets, eateries and activities, a break away will leave you feeling enriched and indulged with great memories to take with you. We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

Self Contained Studio

The studio is located at the back of our property, independent from the main house. It's a quiet, sunny spot with a view to our back garden. At the foot of the Port Hills, there's lots of opportunities to explore them and the Harbour within a short distance. Close to bus and cycle routes, as well as plenty of e-scooters nearby, we are only a 10 minute drive to the city or 15 minutes by bus, the perfect launchpad to explore Chch!

The Gatehouse at Greystones

The Gatehouse at Greystones is set amongst 6 arces of tranquil lawn and beautiful rustic gardens, close to the City and only 11minutes (12kms) from Christchurch International Airport. Located right on the doorstep of State Highway 1 North and South - State Highway 73 West - making it the perfect stop on your way to all the Canterbury Ski Fields and the West Coast.
