If you're exploring the city and lose your bearings, simply follow the Avon River and it will guid you back.

You are very welcome to use our entire home that also includes a Spa. Water Views from every room. Double bedrooms are located in the wing of our home, with your own bathroom. We provide a delicious breakfast in the mornings, fresh produce sourced from our farmers' market. Our kitchen and living areas are available for you to enjoy.

Gorgeous Sea views, private patio with BBQ and 6 seater table in beautiful garden setting. Hot tub (April-Oct) a few meters away from your private entrance. Open plan room with comfortable Queen size bed, lounge with TV, dining area, kitchenette and en-suite . Extensive gardens with heated swimming pool (Oct-Mar) Continental breakfast included. We live on the property but ensure complete privacy for guests, offering a quiet and comfortable stay.
