Share our new home with hosts Kent and Shirley Berryman. 3 bedrooms available two with a Queen bed and one with two singles, own bathroom, shared gourmet kitchen and entertainment area. We are 20 minutes drive to the city centre, 15 - 20 minutes from the airport and within 5 minutes drive to two top class golf courses, popular walking and biking tracks and the sea. We live on a quiet street with farms over the back fence. Please be aware, our new addition to the family is a non shedding dog.

Haven in Huntsbury: The genuine Bed and Breakfast

My guest suite consists of a spacious bedroom, a super clean ensuite bathroom, and wardrobe/closet room, all on the ground floor with a separate exterior entrance. The queen sized bed is very comfortable and offers seasonal bedding options. The bathroom is newly renovated with a large wet-room shower, underfloor heating and is designed to be accessible and safe. Breakfast is generous with a range of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt, toast spreads and fresh coffee/ tea all served at the table

Warm, private, clean and light-filled, the Redbarns is a self-contained property with character and space in an idyllic rural location. It makes a great spot for a gathering, or wedding preparations. Views Hills + Beach, warm double rooms available

Superclean with attention to light switches, door handles etc. You have a choice of lovely double rooms with water and mountain views. You are very welcome to use our entire home that also includes a saltwater Spa. Water Views from every room. Double bedrooms are located in the wing of our home, with your own bathroom. We provide a delicious breakfast in the mornings, fresh produce sourced from the local farmers' market. Our kitchen and living areas are available for you to enjoy.

Fabulous Guest Wing near CBD & Airport inc Netflix

Quiet location only 6 minutes from Airport. Close to public transport and easy walking distance to Hagley Park, Merivale, City and University. Great restaurants, bars, cafes, 2 supermarkets & library within walking distance. Free Wifi connection and free car parking onsite. Our home appeals to groups travelling together & families but if you only require 1 room please contact me . The 2nd B/Room is not let with 1 room booking to ensure privacy and well being for my guests.

Brand new warm and cosy home, 10 mins to town

Gorgeous big brand new house with your own bedroom and bathroom with shower and bath (bathroom shared with another guest now and then). You have access to your own private living space if needed when not in use and your bedroom is warm, cosy & very comfortable. A smart 40" TV with Tubi, Plex,youtube & tvnz and 3now on-demand, wireless charger,lamp,double bed with memory foam mattress,bedside table, chest of drawers,towel, flannel, linen and soap and bathrobe all provided.

This lovely generous bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in robe. There is space to help yourself to a continental breakfast, a microwave oven to heat up a snack or make a hot drink. Good comfortable bed with quality pure cotton sheets and bathroom towels. There’s a heat pump for winter and aircon for hot summer days. The entrance is private, so you can come and go when it suits.
