Tiny house located in Christchurch's premium holiday destination. Stunning expansive views over Sumner beach, across the ocean to the Alps. Newly built in a classic style, The Hut is a little place with timeless charm. Private, sunny and sheltered, in this peaceful location you will fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to bird song. Access to the Hut is a few minutes up a walking track. Close to the beach and esplanade. Surfing, biking, swimming, walking tracks, cafes all on hand.

A 240sqm architecturally designed home nestled between two of Christchurch’s favourite beaches. Enjoy stunning sunrises or fantastic views of the coastline on the coastal walkway just past the back gate. Just a 20 minute walk to either Sumner or Taylor’s Mistake beach. The Sumner Village is just down the road for shopping, cafes and eatery’s. A 25 minute drive from Christchurch’s city centre. A truly unique spot. Panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding landscape make for a luxurious stay.

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.
