Stylish, Comfortable Clock Tower View Apartment

Simply brilliant describes this high quality apartment. The large double glazed windows provides a sunny, light filled, quiet and very warm living space. There are views of the lane and the nearby city. To complement the modern contemporary furnishings of the inviting living area are quality kitchen appliances. The upstairs bedrooms also have views from their large windows. You may not want to leave the enveloping comfortable beds but if you do the master bedroom has doors opening onto a balcony for morning breakfast or coffee or quiet contemplation. The recently updated shower and toilet are upstairs. This apartment is sunny, warm and is a thoroughly enjoyable and luxurious space. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! There is a security gate at the entrance to Clocktower Lane which closes at 7.00pm. Guests are provided with a code to the gate for full access. There is also large garage for parking with enough room for storage of ski or snowboarding equipment or bikes if necessary . This is a rarity in the central city. We thoroughly enjoy meeting our guests to welcome them and help make the stay more enjoyable. If you are arriving late however, it is no problem as there is a lock box at the door. We are always contactable for questions or queries and are happy to offer suggestions for restaurants, entertainment or recreation. Please have a look over our guidebook. This apartment really is in the heart of the city. Beautiful Hagley Park, Victoria Park, the Avon river, the City Shopping Precinct, the Art Gallery, Museum, Town Hall, City Library, Theatre Royal and excellent restaurants are all an easy walk away. Public transport is 1 minute walk. However the central city is all within easy and pleasant walking distance. There are taxi available or driving your own vehicle is simple if you wish to go a little further afield. There are great hire bikes over the road and are a wonderful way to experience the city. Driving your car to and from the apartment is simple. Driving around the central city is easy but from this apartment I really would recommend walking. The large garage provides ample storage for ski or snowboard gear or bikes etc If you require accommodation for a larger group, please look at our other Clocktower lane apartment. You may wish to consider combining both apartments for your group. Please note that there are 12 stairs to enter the apartment. This is a new listing but please do look at our reviews for our other properties. Please note- this property is fitted with an August smart lock. You will be invited to download the August app to gain smart access via your phone once your booking is confirmed. If you choose not to use this app or your phone is not operating- then there is personalised keypad access instead or an old fashioned key if you prefer.

Rose Cottage. Central City.

Situated near our growing new city. Totally refurbished cottage. Sunny, North facing, sheltered, user friendly secure section. On site parking with auto door opener. Off street parking also available. Around the corner is popular Pomeroy's bar and restaurant known for award winning craft beer. Next door is Little Poms cafe. Popular New Regent St has the tram with great choice of cafes and restaurants. Across the street is a community park. Margaret Mahey playground is at the end of the street.

This ecologically & sustainably designed home off a private lane surrounded by native bushland with arguably one of the best views in town. With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

Garden outlook, self-cater, fridge, microwave, benchtop oven, jug, toaster, queen sized bed, couch (becomes sofa bed mostly used by children or small adults. There is an additional charge of $20 for the 3rd person or the use of the sofa bed if the 2 people are not sharing the queen bed. Close to Hagley Park and Merivale Mall, Restaurants, bus route to CBD. There is off street parking. Use of small backyard with table and chairs. Two mountain bikes are available for loan with advance notice.

Luxury 4 bedroom house in central city 5 star

This downtown oasis is the perfect mix of style, comfort and convenience. Just a short walk to the myriad of city attractions on one side and the natural beauty of the Botanic Gardens on the other. 'City Sanctuary on Kilmore' is a large modern executive house that caters easily for professionals, (free fast Wifi) travelers, families and anyone wanting a home away from home with a touch of luxury. Dont be fooled by other central apartments, this is a standalone luxury central townhouse!!

"Home away from Home" - warm, sunny, welcoming.

Our flat is close to Pioneer Stadium, rugby stadium, Addington Raceway, and Wolfbrook Arena. It is a 5-min walk to Barrington Mall. The train station is also 5 mins away by car. It is also a 5 min walk to catch the public bus from Barrington to Malls, and the city. The flat is at the back of the house and therefore private - you can consider it a home away from home. The Flat is homely and by no means 'flash'. But it is warm, comfortable and a place that you can feel at home in.

Beautiful self contained studio available now. 7 mins from airport. 10 min drive to city centre. Private studio with bathroom, (fantastic high pressure shower kitchenette, heat pump, free wifi and a netflix TV. Studio attached to garage..separate section to main house.Separate entrance so you can come and go as you please. Coffee machine. Assorted cereals Coffee,tea,sugar and milk provided also. Great restaurant and bar 2 min walk from studio travellers only...no locals.

So you can stop your search! " We've stayed at Leigh's place before and enjoyed it again this time. Comfortable beds , well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom (plus a second toilet!). Very clean. Easy & fast communication and checkin" LiteclubMay 2019. Private, sunny, fully equipped house, perfect for your family or group. This is a 1/4 acre section open-plan quiet and relaxing place close to the central city. Bedroom, living room and kitchen space all occupy an open plan. Comfy sofa bed available on request. Entwhistle Cottage - central city

Entwhistle Cottage was rebuilt in 2014 after the Christchurch earthquakes. It has the warmth and conveniences of a modern build combined with the charm and character of an old cottage. It is located in tree lined Chester St East in the central city within walking distance of some great restaurants and the wonderful Margaret Mahy playground .
