The 500sq. Tortuga Cottage is located in Fish Bay, St. John in the US Virgin Islands. The property is privately owned and adjacent to the National Park. This charming cottage places you within a 5 minute walk to Reef Bay beach and gives you access to many of St. John's greatest hiking trails. By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. It's in an ideal spot - just a 2-minute drive from town but in a quiet neighborhood. A rental car is recommended but not absolutely necessary for those who are able to walk up long and very steep hills. This apartment is on the lower level of a private home that is currently in the process of being rebuilt after the hurricanes.

Guests staying at Rockroom will also have access to The Clubhouse Bistro (open seasonally and located on the property) as well as a 24 hour fitness center and community pool.

Castaway Villa is conveniently located in Chocolate Hole, walking distance to the Westin Hotel and a very short drive to Cruz Bay dining and shopping. The Villa has 3 bedroom/bathroom suites all with king beds. Cathedral ceilings, central air, ocean breezes, fantastic water views, and a 30ft pool with large sundeck create a space you won't want to leave! The Villa has a fully stocked kitchen, Apple TV, cable, washer/dryer and includes beach chairs, towels and coolers.
