Back yard is super private with a fire pit and leads to the Lockwood Brook/Slide Brook and the Catamount trail.

This is a spare bedroom in my townhouse. Tucked away in a private family-friendly neighborhood, you wouldn't even know that you are 10 minutes from downtown, the University Mall, the Interstate and the Airport and 30 minutes from the nearest Ski Resort. There’s street parking right in front of my house & after a long day come & relax in my outdoor patio. I've lived in Burlington for 10 years & can provide you with insights on restaurants, local craft beer, ski resorts & touristy activities

Close to UVM, the UVM Medical Center, Larner COM & downtown Burlington in a park-like setting. My place is good for solo adventurers. This room with private bathroom and a single bed is on the 3rd floor of my condo, access to which is through my living area. I will happily share ideas of places to go and great places to eat. (NOTE: 2 night minimum on weekends; house is air-conditioned but this room keeps some heat in the summer months as it is on the 3rd floor of an older home).

When it's warmer, enjoy breathtaking views from our pool, golf the magnificent RTJ designed course at Sugarbush, road and/or mountain bike great local trail systems and gorgeous mountain roads, and hike out the backdoor to a beaver pond or nearby segments of The Long Trail.

A private bedroom with a comfy full sized bed. I'm just minutes from the vibrant southend, the highway, Oakledge Park and downtown Burlington. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers who want a very convenient location. Close to everything Burlington has to offer! The guestroom includes black-out curtains, a basic work desk, white noise machine, ample closet space, TV, bedside fans, and access to the shared bathroom, washer/dryer, and kitchen.

In the summer direct access to hiking trails right out the back door.
