Secluded Riverside Cottage w. Sauna next to Smuggs

Welcome to our Smugglers Notch getaway at the family owned and ran Brewster River Campground! This cozy cottage sits right on the beautiful Brewster River and is immersed within 20 acres of nature tucked away in the mountains. Enjoy the river's soothing sounds as you cook, sleep, and unwind from a day of outdoor activities. Only a 3 min. drive to all of the activities at Smuggler's Notch Resort, restaurants, bars, and hiking, as well as the magical Golden Dog Farm "Golden Retriever Experience".

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Lakeside Villa is nestled on the shores of Lake Champlain, this newly built charming Two bedroom, 1 bathroom lakefront house offers a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. Open-concept design living room and modern kitchen, ample counter space, ideal for both everyday living and entertaining. Primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and king bed. The Villa is paradise for water enthusiasts. Private dock invites swimming, fishing, and simple pleasure of being of the water.

Commercial Washer/dryer. Big new chef's kitchen w/Bosch dishwasher (quiet) and Kitchen Aid 5 burner range, steam/convection oven and Sharp drawer microwave in 2024. Desk and office chair. Outdoor fire pit w adjustable grill . King Bed added July 25. Comfy bedding. Secluded, quiet yet accessible.

Relax on the mountain in our little condo. A cozy space to enjoy fresh mountain air. Enjoy easy access for ski in/out, hiking, mountain biking, leaf peeping…something to love here during every season! Bedroom with a queen bed. Pull out couch is best suited for children or one adult—two large adults may find it a tight fit. Located approximately half-way between Burlington and Stowe, about 30 minute drive to either/or. Or check out Waterbury (our favorite) about 15 minutes away!

We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
