Beautiful peaceful and remote. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Angela went above and beyond and would definitely book again in the warmer weather to enjoy the lake

I hosted Christmas with my family this weekend. We had 4 generations and family I only see once a year. This home was everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed playing downstairs (even the 50 year old kid). We enjoyed the frozen lake. It was a perfect place to send off our floating lanterns. There was plenty of space for preparing and serving a big lunch. The extra kitchen downstairs was perfect for our hot chocolate bar, drinks and treats. Our only complaint was that time moved extra fast there.

Our group was celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend, and we could not have picked a better place or host. The place was perfect for our group and Linda has thought of everything. Linda had great communication and was thoughtful with all touches. Would highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Linda!

Colleen was an amazing host. She was easy to communicate with, and typically responded to messages within 30 minutes. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We are a family of 9 adults and 4 small children that live in Washington; and met in Chippewa Falls to celebrate our son's 31st birthday. Colleen's Airbnb was absolutely beautiful, and the perfect place for a family gathering. It's hard to put into words how lovely this home and property were. Everything about this home was high end: the kitchen was complete with every possible appliance ; the finishings and furniture were tasteful and high quality; the beds were very comfortable with nice linens and comforters. The 4 bathrooms all had showers/tubs. The setting of the home was lovely, and the lake was a beautiful backdrop for our time spent inside and out. We enjoyed the fire pit, the playset and walking on the frozen lake. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Our family enjoyed a short getaway at the Wissota Sanctuary and would highly recommend!! A beautiful home on the water - we enjoyed fishing, playing catch in the yard, watching wildlife, and sunsets on the deck. Inside the home is a thoughtful curation of design and amenities to make your stay absolutely perfect. Close to groceries (10 mins) downtown Chippewa Falls (15 mins) and Lake Wissota State Park (5 mins) The hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive - truly a 5+ star experience for our family!

We loved our stay! We were a little closer to the neighbors than expected but we never even saw them. The stairs are very narrow but the description says that so we can't complain! We loved the provided tea assortment! Would book again!

Brenda’s place is clean. When I say clean I mean that she is meticulous about how clean and cared for her property is. I have never felt more comfortable in any short term rental like I did with this one. My kiddos played in the clean floor just like they do at home. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal with all of the kitchen supplies/utensils that she provided. The linens smelled so fresh and clean too! My family went on and on about how wonderful this place was! For the first time ever I was able to actually relax in someplace besides my own home. It was truly a home away from home!

Every expectation was met and exceeded. Our goal was to have a relaxed weekend with our adult children and dogs … simply put we were blown away by the beauty of our surroundings , the kindness of the family, and the relaxing experience (we are first time Airbnb customers) we kept asking ourselves “what do you hear” and it was a resounding “pure nature”. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay! The house was huge and perfect for multiple families with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and matched the description perfectly. The location is right on the water and was a very beautiful surrounding. Highly recommend for family gatherings or if you just want some tranquil time away from home.
