The River House, Vintage Cape Cod on the Columbia.

Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. The Iconic Short Circuit House!

Enjoy a unique stay with a spectacular view at Stephanie's House! Built in 1882, this charming Victorian farmhouse was used in 1986 film 'Short Circuit'. Located in historic Uniontown-Alameda, guests are just minutes away from downtown Astoria, and a short drive to our many coastal attractions. Tonquin's Rest is a beautiful private suite in the upstairs of a 1903 Victorian home in Astoria's tranquil Uppertown neighborhood. The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. Watch the deer wander through the backyard as you drink your morning coffee on your private balcony.

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (lots of bikes to use in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs-master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs- bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.

Our unique, peaceful sanctuary near the Goonie House, with a private entrance, is clean & roomy. With 4 beds, micro, sink, frig, bath w/shower, gas fireplace it is perfect for solos, couples & sm. families (8yrs & up supervised by an adult at all times).
