Family friendly beach house within walking distance to surf beach inlet and town. Equiped with bedding, towels, etc or can bring own. Porta cot available, but need to bring own linen for this . Pets are welcome, with a fenced yard. Please be thoughtful and clean up after your pets. BBQ in shady back garden for outside entertainment. Read blue folder onkitchen bench Min booking 3 nights Public holidays. Other times min2 night bookings. Check in time is anytime after 2pm. Check out time is 10am.

Prom Coast Holiday Lodge is a leisurely 2.5 hour drive from Melbourne with rolling hills and stunning beaches near Wilsons Prom National Park. Cottage 1 is a spacious Cottage made from 2nd hand bricks and extensive use of timbers, sleeping 6 in 2 bedrooms. Popular in winter with a woodfire (April-Nov, wood supplied) plus a spa bath. Full kitchen facilities, comfy leather sofas, dining table, heating, air conditioning, free wifi, BBQ and farm animals grazing. Full bedding and towels provided.

Comfortable beach front cottage, magnificent sunsets, Aurora Australis and ocean views over Sunderland Bay & Express Point. Perfect penguin parade stop-over, romantic getaway, family holiday, dark skies photography or surf trip. Relax and enjoy the view, have a BBQ on the patio, 5min walk to explore Sunderland Bay or 10min scenic walk along the headland to Surf Beach. Many come to spot the whales and orcas from the carpark, you will see them with your binoculars from the comfort of my home.

Modern, fresh, 400m to beach. The BEST beach house

This beautiful, modern beach house is just 5 mins walk to Ned Neales lookout and the wonderful Sandy Point beach. The house is just 6 years old and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full size laundry and a lovely open plan kitchen/living space which flows seamlessly onto the covered deck. The kitchen is well kitted out with a Belling stove, microwave & dishwasher. Large tables both inside and out ensure there is space for everyone, perfect for a social getaway with family or friends.
