Welcome to Posada Xetiox! A charming 6 unit rental with lake views located in the heart of San Antonio Palopo. San Antonio is a primarily Indigenous community with a population of 12,000, located less than a 30 minute car ride from Panajachel. This is a great place to stay to be a part of authentic modern Maya culture. While there is certainly less night life than Panajachel, San Antonio boasts magical panoramic views of the lake, historical sites, artisan shopping, great swimming & local food.

Sunrises and sunsets are constantly changing, day in and day out. Being in lake Atitlan is a memorable experience that will last for a lifetime.

Situated just 10 Km from Panajachel in a tranquil setting at the periphery of San Antonio Palopo, the compound is ideally suited for families, groups and corporate retreats. The property is comprised of two large buildings, one for social activities and the other one for working, relaxing and sleeping.

The Villa is Absolutely Amazing. It is Paradise. Volcano Views! 1 camera outside to garden/lake.
