At the second floor of a colonial house in the iconic «Calle del Arco», this 115m2 /1235 sqft apartment has its own entrance from the street. It can welcome comfortably up to 3 persons. The apartment has everything to make you feel at home: reliable internet (Wifi), Cable TV, Netflix if you have an account, equipped kitchen, washing/drying machines, quality bedding and great views from its two patios (7.5m2 & 22m2) and balcony.

Apartamento en centro de Antigua: Explora a pie

Vive la experiencia de hospedarte en el corazón de La Antigua Guatemala. A solo dos cuadras del parque central, recorre estas mágicas calles a pie. Con muchos restaurantes, bares y atracciones a solamente unos pasos pero lo suficiente como para mantenernos privados del ruido nocturno. Es un espacio acogedor diseñado para 4 personas, con todo lo necesario para estadías largas y cortas en un vecindario precioso y súper seguro. No contamos con parqueo privado, la habitación en segundo nivel.

Suite Doña Beatriz posee una decoración entre una mezcla de estilo colonial, que predomina en la ciudad de Antigua, y contemporaneo. Todo seleccionado muy finamente para un ambiente relajado. Las unidades están equipadas con todo lo necesario y lo que no hay y necesitas, te lo podemos conseguir. Todas las unidades en El Marques de Antigua están alrededor del parqueo privado, el cual esta dentro de una garita. La ubicación es muy cerca de todo y se puede ir caminando a cualquier lugar.

Center of Antigua with terrace and volcano view

We are located in the heart of Antigua, just 4 blocks from the central park, 2 blocks from the famous Santa Catalina Arch Street. Our small apartment is modern and very cozy, has a beautiful terrace on the third level where you can appreciate the view of the volcanoes and at night you will have the wonderful experience of seeing the erupting volcano of Fire. You will have many places to eat, enjoy the nightlife and many other things. Quiet and safe place.
