Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds, and a loft accessed by stair that sleeps 3. Access to trails down our wooded hill and open meadow in back. RV or Tent camping space also available.

Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is a “shouse” inside a pole barn. It is located in the back of our private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.

Very quiet and peaceful with great mountain views. There is plenty of parking. This area is great for leisurely walks. The closest neighbor is hundreds of yards away.
