We built The Nook just for AirBnB. It’s peaceful, clean and spacious here. You’ll love the central location, enjoy a 15 minute walk to downtown, Sierra Nevada or Bidwell park. As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁. Cozy bedroom with powerful heat and A/C too! There is parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, spacious deck, fire pit table and outdoor waterfall.

Sweet Sleep on Normal Street- Private Studio

This 366 sq. ft. abode is anything but normal. Small & tastefully designed to meet all of your traveling needs. Comfy and cozy with dishwasher/refrigerator/gas range/ queen bed/bathtub/shower/satellite tv/wifi/patio/ 9 blocks from downtown. Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

Charming backyard cottage with pool

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

Only 12 minutes from downtown Chico, the farmers market, restaurants, and Chico State, yet perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor on scenic Highway 32. Enjoy a peaceful mountain retreat with city views, nature, and starlit nights. Our owner lives on-site and is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. This private cabin is located within our 21-acre property, which includes several private accommodations. Shared amenities vary by listing.

This is an adorable private carriage house, alongside an iconic and historic Chico home built in 1938 for the late Senator Johnson. The property is over an acre and faces the beautiful Bidwell Park. The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.
