Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lake Front Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.

I have a nice apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a beautiful view. The house was recently built, and has 3 apartments with separate private entrances. I am from San Pedro and I can recommend local activites and places to eat and drink. You will have a great time here, and you can even hear the birds singing from the apartment!
