Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Maison rénovée de 48 m2 totalement indépendante. Agréable à vivre, tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. ne vous embarrassez pas... linges de lit et serviettes tout est prevue. La mezzanine est mensardee. Elle comporte de belles poutres. Nous avons mis un detecteur mais il faudra faire attention a votre tete. Une cour privative pour nos belles journées ensoleillées Le stationnement de votre véhicule se fait dans une cour privative

Venez découvrir la campagne Charentaise, au coeur du Vignoble Cognaçais, en Grande Champagne, au sein d'une exploitation viticole. Je mets à votre disposition un logement neuf de 50m² attenant à ma maison, mais totalement indépendant. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine familiale chauffée de mai à octobre. Suivant ma disponibilité, je me ferais un plaisir de vous faire visiter notre distillerie.
