Bring your a ski-boat, or jet skis (boat launch nearby), or use our kayaks. Be aware, tho, if you're not in shape the path could be a struggle.

Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.
