K town Amazing Sea View & outdoor patio & Sunset

Kennedy Town is a trendy living area in HK. 15mins away from Central, the neighborhood is very safe and peaceful with many newly opened restaurants and cafés. Brand-new one-bedroom with spacious living room and patio. Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and other necessary appliances. Enjoy the best sunset and fireworks from Disney Land while having dinner on the patio. All rooms have amazing sea views. Flat is 3 min walking distance from MTR, 1 min from tram, 1 min from harbour running trail.

30 min ferry ride takes you back in time 50 years

Peng Chau's hidden oasis is Hong Kong's most connected outlying island. Perfect for a staycation or a base to explore & island hop. 5 min to pier. We are a 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 mins to the community BBQ pits. In any direction, there are hiking trails just waiting to be explored, leading through small farms and along the numerous beaches. Our flat is brilliant for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups (our adjacent flat sleeps an additional 4, if available).

Modern spacious designer studio walk up above MTR

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located converted loft-style commercial space with a king bed, natural light, workspace, modern design, fast and stable wifi, washer/dryer, exercise equipment, folding bike, ample storage space, TV with Netflix and Playstation, Roomba, and a rooftop. The apartment is a 5-floor walk up located 1-min walk from Sheung Wan MTR station. The location is very convenient. The kitchenette is basic with an induction, toaster oven, steamer, utensils, etc

Deluxe Bright Apartment in Soho

Enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay at my centrally-located apartment. Unique location facing a playground allows for a rare bright and green open view in the middle of Soho. It is 2 min walk to the Central escalator, 8 min walk to the MTR, 1 min walk to the first restaurants of Soho, and has a lift. Air conditioning and heating (valuable in winter) with split unit air conditioning inverters. A Bose bluetooth speaker, Nespresso coffee machine, Delonghi oven, will make you feel home even more.

Lamma Island Garden Flat

I'm helping a friend to sublet her beautiful and tranquil flat, surrounded by its own private walk-out garden while she's away this holiday. The flat is conveniently located just 5min from the ferry pier in Lamma's upscale Po Wah Yuen neighbourhood and also just 5min from Lamma's most beautiful beach. El-lan Island Escape

Studio apartment 2 minutes from the Peng Chau ferry, 10 minutes from the beach and family trails. Peng Chau has no cars, just bike and foot traffic. The ferries run almost every 30 minutes and take less than 30 minutes to get to Central. It's the perfect get-away for people who want to be near the city and still get away from the city. If you are a "creative" or want to work from home, and end the day swimming in the ocean and watching the sunset from the beach - this place is for you.
