In rural Alpharetta, a cozy and modern 1br/1ba efficiency on the outskirts of the highly sought after equestrian Milton community. Looking to get away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect, or on vacation? We are close to the famous Greenway for biking, hiking, walking and running. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

"Suite T" in the Woods

Welcome to the "Suite T". You will have this entire basement suite area to yourself. Private entrance with Self check-in and private driveway. You will have over 850 sq ft of space! It is a very private location on 6 acres of land and surrounded by nature. If you desire peace and quiet, then this is the place for you. You will only be three miles from the interstate, restaurants and shopping, but will feel like you are in the middle of the woods.

Private Lake Side Suite Apartment. Lake Point

Independent apartment just 25 minutes from Lake Point Sports Complex. Enjoy a private entrance with sound insulation for complete privacy. The cozy living area has a sofa that converts to a twin bed, perfect for a child. Bright views of the lake and woods enhance your stay. A 30-second walk leads to the shared dock, where a kayak awaits. The washer and dryer in the garage are shared with Carriage House guests. One off-street parking space is included.

Cozy Milton Mini-Studio with private, wooded patio

Relax and unwind in your comfortable room with a private entrance from your terrace. Enjoy your 40 inch TV from the comfy full bed. Need some room to do some work? You have nice cafe table and chairs in your room and out on your patio. Your kitchenette has a little sink, dorm fridge, microwave, hot pot, drip/Keurig coffee maker, dishes, and storage cabinets. Enjoy fluffy white towels and soft sheets. You also have an iron and ironing board.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
