Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take in the partial sunset views atop Lookout Mountain from any of the three decks on this Unique 2 unit property! Main cabin has open kitchen and living area that extends to the outdoor deck space, steps away from the fire pit area. Step into the loft using unique spiral stairs to rest in one of two queen beds. Or sneak out for coffee on the upper deck. More privacy, sneak over to the Tiny cottage with a kitchenette, & bathroom & covered porch.

Johnnie’s Hideaway sits on a private wooded lot on Johnnie’s Creek. Close to destinations such as Little River Canyon, Mentone, Desoto State Park, Weiss Lake, are all a short drive. Our cabin sleeps six with a queen bed on main floor, and two full beds in loft area. Main floor has 2 baths with utility room, fully appointed kitchen, dining/living room combo which features a two story rock fireplace with gas logs. A covered wrap around porch & sun deck on the back make great outdoor spaces.

Looking for a quiet getaway near the water and the mountains, but tired of moose and bear decor? Stay at The Chalet at Weiss Lake. Relax in a soft color palette with direct access to water February through September, and wooded countryside year-round. Explore hiking trails and rock climbing in the southern Appalachian lowlands. Fish for bass and crappie in our lake. Jump off the dock for shallow swimming in the warm months, walk outside on any clear night and see a sky full of stars!

Hideaway cabin is located outside of Little River Canyon on top of Appalachian Mountain. Make yourself at home in this cozy cabin with sunset views from the front porch and view of a natural water/pond from the screened porch/deck. Enjoy your stay, relaxing and listening to the birds and other country sounds at night while sitting out on the screened porch or deck. The cabin has 2 bedrooms with ensuites and sofa bed. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower off the living room.

We fell in love with the property at Little River Hideout, located between Little River and a beautiful cotton field and wanted to build a place that we could share with everyone.
