Srikanth’s place was easy to find and in a relatively safe looking area. The room was tidy and also had free netflix on the tv which was a plus !! unlimited water bottles in the fridge right outside our room. The cooler/ac didn’t really do much but it was all very pleasant.

A very Cozy and comfortable place to stay. Place matched the description the main attraction was the swing. Just sit and relax. will surely visit again.

Vijay's hospitality is exceptional, ensuring guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. The property is well-designed, providing a private and cozy atmosphere. Despite the fibre cement roof, the space is well-ventilated, and the air conditioning works perfectly. While not on the property, Vijay's two adorable pets add a touch of warmth. What sets this accommodation apart is its affordability. The pricing is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Additionally, Vijay graciously offered me an early check-in, subject to availability. Vijay's terrace accommodation is a hidden gem. Its location, amenities, hospitality, and affordability make it an excellent choice for travelers.

Good value considering other prices in area. Nice and central to everything we wanted. Friendly and responsive host. A great,basic, value for money stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Naveen's/Shanthi's accommodation. I communicated with Shanthi for most of my stay - and she was very friendly and responsive. I did a very late booking (apologies for that), but she was accommodating and helped me check-in without any qualms. The room was very clean, with fresh linen. The AC was functioning well (much needed for Chennai's weather). The washroom was very clean as well. I had a lovely stay, and would def go back when I'm visiting Chennai again. Thanks Shanthi!

Amazing stay and generously accommodating host. Felt safe even late at night in the neighborhood . Location was very convenient with nearby grocery stores, a small but very nice park for morning walks and lots of eateries of various types/ cuisines. Host was very gracious in accommodating our multiple requests due to change of plans.

The stay was amazing. Anyone who is looking a calm, peaceful and serene environment should look no where other then this. You get your private space where you can spend time and relax , you have common areas to walk and stroll in evening. There’s a near by lake and the area is very peaceful. On top of that if you are coming with a car you get a dedicated covered parking as well. The host is responsive and helpful. I would recommend this property to everyone coming new to the city. This is the ideal place to be in.

I needed a place to house some of my relatives attending a family function in my parents' place at short notice. I found this place which was 1Km away and luckily it was available. I booked it and shortly received a call from the landlord. He was very welcoming - he showed me the place around himself. It had 3 bedrooms, spacious living room with comfortable leather sofa - all rooms were AC Kitchen and dining room had the basics already- more than we needed for our needs Bedrooms, bathrooms, beddings and utilities were comfortable. Seralathan was a gracious host; he offered to help with anything we might need locally.
