You are in a quiet, peaceful place with over 40 acres of trees and wildlife around. The home is on Murphy Dome which is the best point to see the lights and you can easily see the lights from the comfort of this comfy vacation home. Hunting, fishing, hiking...all walking distance! My car is available for rent as well if you need transport.

This beautiful two bedroom, one bath log home is a perfect retreat. The cabin is located only a few miles from both Fairbanks and North Pole, while still providing a secluded hideaway. You will enjoy the large deck, beautiful surroundings, two private bedrooms and a loft sleeping area. The rustic living area is designed for comfort, with an equipped kitchen, and upgraded bath. You’ll likely see squirrels, birds, bunnies, possibly a moose and frogs! Prime location to catch the northern lights right from the porch.

Tucked away in a beautiful forest of birch and spruce, our Hytte offers a thoughtful space to rest and explore. The furnishings have been thoughtfully curated to be minimalist, warm and peaceful. Many items are vintage or made by us. We have purposefully chosen amenities that are low waste and environmentally conscious. As a welcome to our guests, we provide fresh eggs from our flock of chickens, homemade granola, milk, fresh fruit, coffee and tea!

Northern Lights views from bed!

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.

Our house is located on the banks of the Chena River. Large deck and sunny front room great for enjoying the Midnight Sun or Winter Northern Lights. Within walking distance of one of Fairbanks' best restaurants and a short drive from many of Fairbanks' most visited attractions.
