Cozy, quiet centrally located one bedroom

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. With a fenced in backyard and playground to enjoy in the summer months we are close to all activities through the winter months. This cozy, cute, quiet and warm apartment is the perfect place to snuggle up in while you enjoy a Alaska winter. We have a clear view of the Northern Lights if they bless us. In the summer we are blocks away from Amazing walking paths, lake view and access. Walking distance to all.

See all that Fairbanks has to offer while staying in this cozy & modern apartment with a view of the Chena River. Only 5 minutes from the airport or train depot, this place is the perfect retreat after a long travel day or staying up all night catching the Aurora. Come home to a fully stocked kitchen; local coffee, tea, spices etc. Well appointed shower with high end shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Put your feet up and relax on the large couch and watch complimentary Netflix and HBO Max.

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment located in a few blocks (South Cushman). The bedroom is fitted with a California king-size bed. The living room has a sofa, which is a single size. The unit has been remodeled with a new kitchen and living room furnishings. Easy parking lot with vehicle plug-in. It's a building with 3 other units, and it welcomes guests. Easy access to major highways, close to the Fairbanks l Hospital, and Fort Wainwright. The City transportation is also very close to the property.
