Large family kitchen, large living room, dining room, laundry room & downstairs toilet. Outside there's a large terrace, 6x4 swimming pool, table, chairs, sun loungers & barbecue. Bed linen provided. We accept bookings for 4, 6 or 8 guests.

The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

Entrée et parking privés, au rez-de-chaussée la partie salon avec canapé convertible, télé,barre de son bluetooth, Nespresso machine, frigo,bouilloire. au premier étage,la partie mezzanine surplombe le salon où se trouve la chambre et la salle de bain. La ferme se trouve dans un charmant hameau entouré de forêt.

Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Dans un écrin de verdure nous proposons un loft calme, chaleureux, autonome, à quelques pas du centre-ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces et 20' à pied de la gare SNCF. Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).
