The entire lower floor of this Chattanooga North Shore home has been fitted out as a high end apartment comprising a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, open plan living room/kitchen and large private deck. Fully airconditioned with separate units for the bedroom and living area, all new appliances, tastefully furnished. The dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle leads to steps providing a private entrance to the unit.

This charming TINY HOUSE sits in the backyard of a single-family residence. Experience TINY living with modern amenities in a stylish space. Premium location in sought-after North Chattanooga neighborhood near downtown. Freshly decorated and fully stocked. Great restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment easily accessible within one mile of home. Although we love them, this property is NOT suitable for small children or pets due to steep staircase, small space, and loft-style bedroom.

This cozy one-bedroom apartment is conveniently located in Brainerd, an up-and-coming neighborhood only ten minutes' drive from downtown Chattanooga and the Chattanooga airport. Although close to Chattanooga's shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries, the location feels secluded, making the apartment exceptionally peaceful and relaxing.
