The Maple Bungalow is a 1050 sq ft house located near Lakebottom Park in a quiet neighborhood. It's namesake is the beautiful reclaimed Maple Flooring in the main living area. This is a wonderful newly remodeled residence that offers screaming fast 300+ meg, security system, wifi, washer and dryer, a wonderful open kitchen, and a large back yard. Walking distance to Lakebottom Park, minutes from downtown Columbus, and only a 8 to 10 minute drive to Fort Benning depending on traffic!

We have very strong family roots so when we saw the opportunity to bring families together, we weren’t missing out!!!! Located in the heart of midtown, our home is conveniently located right off of the exit. 7 miles to Ft.Benning, 4 miles to Uptown, less than 2 miles from CSU and blocks from shopping, restaurants and grocery stores!
