This is a roomy 3 bedroom and 2 updated bathrooms unit located on the second floor (elevator access) in Heritage Landing Gated Community with golf course privileges. Amazing views of the nature preserve and the breathtaking sunsets are available from the screened lanai. Many great amenities from pickleball, weight room, aerobics room, spa, restaurant and 4 pools to access (one is right across the parking lot).
