Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Our newly renovated Starfish Cottage is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet beach community in Charlestown, RI. It's the ideal getaway as there are plenty of activities in the area such as kayaking, biking, fishing, hiking, or just beaching it. At night, enjoy the sunset while grilling alongside a fire on the patio & eating s'mores! 2 miles to Greenhill or Charlestown beach; 15 minutes to URI, 30 minutes to Newport, 20 minutes to the Block Island Ferry & 35 minutes to the Foxwoods Casino.

Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.
