The area is close to the beaches of Aquidneck Island, the fabulous Cliff Walk and is three miles from Naval Station Newport. The property is well kept and offers off street parking. There is also a small deck with awning which offers a scenic and private place to relax. Two night minimum! Apartment is attached to a two hundred year old farmhouse. The Shamrock House 1st floor apartment is walking distance to local restaurants, bike path and shopping. Beach pass for the town beach. Newport is a 30 minute scenic drive away. This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Please look at our reviews to see if we would be a good fit. A few miles from several local beaches, Newport and the Block Island Ferry. 4:20 friendly.

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The space is equipped for long stays, with a dedicated work space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and storage space. Walk to the bike path or URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). Havana Club - Ground Floor Apartment

Old world charm with a Cuban theme. The house, located on the mainland in South Kingstown, is called "The Havana Club" because that is the name of Cuba's most famous rum, and because I have many years' experience going there. This space is a separate apartment, approximately 800 sq ft. Outside is a spacious lawn, hammock, outdoor shower with hot water, picnic table, grill and chiminea. Two miles from the ocean, in a vacation area, so much to do and see and enjoy.
