Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

We stayed as a family of 3 during the Easter half term to visit family in Preston. The property was perfectly positioned for us. Local shops and cafe’s nearby were useful, as well as the beach. Inside the property, it has been nicely decorated and was clean. Plenty of space for our family. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Outside the property was a designated parking space on the driveway which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Logement et environnement magique... Nous avons eu l'impression d'être partis très loin alors que nous étions dans le même village que notre maison 🏠 principale.. Logement apaisant, très agréable pour y séjourner.... Correspond bien aux photos et à la description.... On y trouve tout et même plus.... Literie.... Nous avons eu la sensation de dormir sur un nuage.... Merci aux biquettes 🐐et aux oiseaux 🐦 pour tous ces moments de "pause"... Pascale est une hôte très, agréable, reactive, à l'écoute... Elle est en harmonie avec sa location... Merci aussi à son fils qui est aussi très disponible... Je reviendrai à coup sûr, mais cette fois ci seule, pour apprécier ce lieu et les moments qui en découlent, à sa juste valeur.. Un très grand MERCI...

Our stay at Annie's was fantastic. She and Paddy couldn't have been more helpful. The accomodation was all we had hoped it would be - loads of character, very well equiped, and very comfortable. We are hoping to return later in the year as it is an excellent base from which to explore the area and we loved it.

Très bon séjour entre amis à St Pol de Léon. Les couchages sont de qualité dans toutes les chambres et il y a deux salles de bain, ce qui est très pratique pour un grand groupe. La communication avec Fanny a été très fluide car elle est très réactive. La pièce de vie n’est pas très grande mais la cuisine bien équipée. Le centre de St Pol de Léon est accessible à pieds ce qui est très appréciable.

Le logement en lui-même est vraiment super. grande cuisine, chambres confortables, petite vue sur la mer, décoration très locale et familiale et un emplacement en plein milieu de Salcombe (un peu bruyant parfois, mais ça n'a pas dérangé nos enfants). c'était très pratique d'avoir accès au cabanon extérieur pour ranger la poussette ! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit, et l'accès n'est pas éclairé donc il est important d'avoir une lampe de poche. En dehors de ça, nous avons été enchantés de ce logement avec nos enfants de 16 mois et 3 ans, et aurons grand plaisir à y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. Logement agréable, à15 minutes de Dinan, Dinard et Saint-malo. Parfait

J'ai séjourné 3 jours avec mes enfants et nous nous sommes bien plu. Le logement est conforme à la description. Un endroit paisible....ce sont les oiseaux qui vous réveillent. Je recommande vivement. Le petit plus pour les soirées pluvieuses ou plus fraîches: le poêle à granulés....quel bonheur.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Logement paisible, conforme au descriptif et situé dans un petit lotissement très calme. Le jardin est magnifiquement arboré et propre. La localisation permet de rayonner dans les environs de Perros Guirec et de faire de très belles balades. Hôte accueillant et bienveillant. Séjour sympathique en famille.

Lovely place to stay. The kids loved eating breakfast on the little balcony.

Great 5 star place and location The only recommendation would be to change the Matress in the twin small bedroom as they are not in good condition I defo recommend this air bnb location We might come back in the future Thankyou Jasdeep

Le logement d Aurélie et Régis est parfait, tout y est, Aurélie nous attendait à notre arrivée, très gentille, rien ne manque dans la maison, on s y sent bien, la piscine est géniale pour se détendre et la proximité de la plage à 2 pas à pied pour se balader un vrai plus. Merci de nous avoir permis de passer un excellent WE, je recommande ce logement parfait.

un endroit agréable et paisible, où on se sent comme chez soi. Gîte très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, une literie extrêmement confortable. Evie et Tom sont des hôtes très accueillant, pleins d'attention et très disponible en cas de besoin. un Gîte que je recommande fortement et on sera ravis de retourner.

Tout était parfait! Le logement est impeccable : très propre, très agréable, très bien équipé. L’aire de jeu pour les enfants a été très appréciée par notre fille. La localisation est parfaite, au calme mais proche de la mer. Johann est très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Steve & Dawn were fantastic! We stayed for two nights over the Easter holidays and Dawn was a very welcome sight waving us in on our arrival. The accommodation was spotless, had everything we needed for myself, two children and our dog! Steve and Dawn couldn’t have been more helpful. We even had a guest visitor that we all loved, Melisse, the gentlest farm dog. We were very sad to leave. Thank you Steve and Dawn x

Nous sommes restés 5 jours à Dinan et nous avons été charmés par la ville et ravis de l’emplacement de l’appartement. Nous nous sentions à l’appartement comme chez nous. Tout est clairement indiqué par Julie ce qui nous a permis d’avoir une autonomie parfaite. Nous vous recommandons ce logement chaleureusement. Je profite de ce commentaire pour également vous recommander le restaurant l’Antre nous, rue Haute voie 20, qui est excellent.

Agréable séjour dans un environnement calme et paisible. L'heure d'arrivée est souple avec une boite a clefs a disposition. Le gîte est spacieux très bien équipé et propre. Il dispose d'un grand jardin avec une table de pic nic et barbecue. On peut garer la voiture devant ou derrière la maison, la rue est peu passante en pleine campagne. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Location parfaite pour du calme et le chant des oiseaux. Proximité avec Avranches et la côte.

Logement spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. A proximité de très beaux lieux à visiter. Catherine est une hôte très réactive et très aimable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

We had such a lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—maybe even better in person. The host was kind and responsive. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed at peters place for 4 nights with two children. We felt right at home straight away. The place had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The price was described exactly right and it was amazing to arrive in the evening with all the deer right at the top of the path. Beds were comfy and had a great shower. The woods and river at the back were an amazing walk and would highly recommend to spend time exploring. The kids absolutely loved the river and exploring the waters edge . We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to stay again hopefully next year for longer because there is so much more of the woods we did not have the time to explore. For nature lovers this place is a must and is close to some of Devon’s beautiful rivers and around 20-30 mins to the coast line. Peter was friendly and informative when we spoke and left us to enjoy his lovely home and Netflix was a super bonus for us and the kids.

Oh wow!!! Right from the start Lenny communicated with us straight away. Always a fast and friendly response to any questions we had. Really clear directions for when we were close and helpful instructions for when we arrived. On our arrival the place was absolutely spotless, I mean spotless!! It has a very homely and comfy feel. Lenny kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed, if not to just let her know. We didn't need anything as everything you could think of was catered for, all the kitchen supply's were available, all cooking equipment, towels, iron, tea towels. It had all the things you need, even down to a sewing kit!! The sitting room had a sofa bed and was spacious and comfy. The bed in the bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud, so soft, squishy and cosy. The hottub was amazing and the shower had good pressure. It was just a home from home place. The location was excellent the beach is very close and all supermarkets within 5-7 min drive. We really loved it, ty 🥰
