Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

2-room apartment of 65 m2 on 3rd floor, tastefully furnished: entrance hall, dining area, living / sleeping room with 2 fold-away beds (90x200 cm), TV; 2 balconies (to the south with beautiful view of Matterhorn with furniture and to the west); 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 90x200 cm). Kitchen: oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub / shower WIFI. Quiet area, 10 min from the center, 6 from plants.

Chalet "Il fienile della nonna"

Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura oppure relax e tranquillità. Possibilità di affitto stagionale/mensile per il periodo invernale.

Gemütliches Studio an zentraler Lage

Im Sommer 2020 haben wir unser Studio renoviert. Es befindet sich an bester Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt und der Gornergratbahn. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Dorf. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

Elegant and serene, a Walliser Stadel (traditional Valais-style barn) stands in a small side-street. Used for agricultural purposes over many centuries by our forefathers, it now offers every comfort for regeneration and for a return to the essentials. Anyone who loves the art of the simple life is sure to love the Chalet Pico. Chalet Pico accommodate for 2 - 4 persons with a bedroom, living-room with a sofa for 2 persons, kitchen, shower/WC.

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

La casa con la stella

Piccolo alloggio funzionale situato in zona collinare molto tranquilla. A 4 km dall uscita autostradale A 2 km si raggiunge il centro di Saint-Vincent. Ottimo punto di appoggio per raggiungere le stazioni sciistiche Valtournenche (25 min.) Torgnon (20 min.) partenza funivia Pila (25 min.). Castelli e visita alla città di Aosta da non perdere. Numerose le passeggiate nei dintorni. Si segnala la presenza di scale interne.

Casa Monet - Il Dahu, Saint-Vincent (AO)

Casa Monet si trova nella collina di Saint-Vincent a circa 600 metri di altitudine; una passeggiata di 15 minuti conduce alle Terme e una di 10 vi porta in centro. L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia. Sono ben accetti animali di piccola taglia a due o quattro zampe purché ben educati.

Le Crocoduche, Chalet coup de coeur

Le Crocoduche est un charmant mazot au coeur d'une vallée aux paysages inoubliables. Pour un séjour à 2 (ou jusqu'à 4) dans un chalet indépendant, situé à 1400m d'alt., à 25 min. de Sion dans la commune d'Evolène, dans le Val d'Hérens. Idéal pour des randonnées, du VTT, du ski, du ski de fond, des balades en raquettes ou du "farniente". Les activités culturelles et la gastronomie locale sont aussi remarquables.

Casa d'epoca nel centro di Aosta (CIR 0369)

Bellissima e grande casa su due piani, nel centro storico, appoggiata sulle mura romane. Al piano terra, su un cortile, si trova la zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, al primo piano una sala con camino, una sala da pranzo, la cucina, un bagno/lavanderia. Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.
