This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Our casita sits on 13.5 acres of land and has expansive views of Abiquiu, the Chama river valley, the geologic formations known as Plaza Blanca (or the “White Place”), and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains over Santa Fe. We are located 55mins from Santa Fe, and 5hrs from Denver. Abiquiu is a destination frequented by artists, writers, spirit seekers, and nature lovers from around the world. Fenced in cozy cobblestone cottage that sits on a large parcel one block from downtown Chama and the Cumbres Tultec Railroad. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and river.
