This new, private attic apartment (6’ 6” ceiling) sits atop our home, just 2 blocks from Main St. and a short walk to the river. Crawl into a cozy queen-bed nook after your adventures, greeted by lots of plants, a bathroom with a view, and a simple kitchenette (coffee, mini fridge, microwave; no stove or kitchen sink). While the space is totally separate, you may hear our family of 4 downstairs. Simple, walkable, peaceful, close to hot springs, music, trails — we hope you’ll feel free as a bird!

Close to South Main whitewater launch area, kayak play hole, & trails at an affordable rate. This is the perfect base camp for your BV adventure!

A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!
