We loved staying at this Airbnb in the middle of all the serenity. The house is a beautiful build with some very special touches (the room with hanging plants, hot tub, spacious backyard, and lovely bathrooms). Thank you, John, for all the communication and hospitality.

The house was perfect. Clean, neat and comfortable. So beautifully situated at the lake. The outside was wonderful. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking. A great stay!

We loved staying here. The location is beautiful and just a few doors down from the beach. The place was perfectly sized and clean. As a plus, Monica surprised us with a birthday bottle of wine and balloons as a gift. I highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a great stay! We all loved the space, both indoors and out. And we loved experiencing multiple things to do in the surrounding area.

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

Perfect location for our family of 4 to stay during a wedding in the area

We had our girls weekend here and loved the location. Close to all the downtown shops and cute coffee shops! Loved this location and are looking at booking again in the future.

Dave and Barb's property was really a riverside oasis. The highlight of the property was the backyard. We picked this location to celebrate my dog's birthday and she loved the backyard space for playing fetch and especially the private beach front perfect for swimming. The humans had fun using the kayak, fishing, and relaxing the fire pit. Dave was also responsive throughout the stay for any questions I had. The house came very clean and we appreciated how well kept the backyard was. Overall, a wonderful experience 🙂
