มาพักที่นี่เป็นรอบที่ 3 แต่ครั้งนี้เจ้าหน้าที่ที่มาดูแลเปลี่ยนคน โดยทั่วไปเรื่องบ้านโอเค แต่ไม่โอเคกับเจ้าหน้าที่ แจ้งไปช่วงเย็นของวันcheck in ว่าไฟในห้องครัวติดดวงเดียว อีกดวงหนึ่งเสีย ทางเจ้าหน้าที่รับปากว่าจะเข้ามาดูให้ สุดท้ายก็ไม่มา ตอนวันcheck out แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าจะcheck out 11.30 เจ้าหน้าที่ก็มาเลท โทรไปถามหลายรอบก็แจ้งว่าอีก10นาทีถึง แต่สุดท้ายรอเป็นครึ่งชั่วโมง

Location is the best of this accomodations. Room or house is not so private due to lound noise from neighbors (shut the door noise) or passing driving car(engine). overall is great. host is great. many bedrooms and I'll come back next time for sure. Recommended !!!

Beautiful house with impressive interior woodwork. Clean, organized, very well maintained, fully supplied. Host is very polite and friendly and excellent with communication. Check-in and apartment instructions very easy and clear. Wifi is fast and reliable, speedtested over 300MBPs download and 180upload. A/C, appliances, hot water, drains, etc all function perfectly. It’s extremely peaceful, quiet, and safe, but you can easily and quickly get to a main road for some nice restaurants, a few street vendors, and the all-important 7-11. You can safely disregard the absurd negative review from some angry, entitled farang a few months ago, it has no basis in fact. I’d like to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for group of people. The project located in a peaceful surrounding with a walkable distance to the beach. The property is quite spacious which you can enjoy quality time with your family.

Ossy Maru is an amazing host with all the answers to any question. Very helpful and kind. Our stay was more than amazing with very comfortable sleep. Also been staying with our small Pomeranian dog. Highly recommend this place for friends and family to relah or have a private party. This place have everything for you that you need to have a great time.

Nonthapat was a very great host to us.He wanted to upgrade the place if we wanted to go to Pattaya but we rather stayed in Bang saen area.The house is in a very beautiful gate community.

Great place to go to if visiting Chonburi, the amenities were pristine and would highly recommend this place for someone looking for a quiet place to stay
