Apartmant Mareta is situted next to the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century.The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner ,unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Sunset 1 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. Das 300 Jahre alte Haus liegt in einem Dorf in der Nähe des Nationalparks Skutarisee, 15 km von der Hauptstadt Podgorica und 45 km von Budva entfernt. Das Haus ist umgeben von Weinbergen und Wiesen. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4-5 Personen. Der Garten bietet viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen, Fußballtore, etc. Die Verbindungstreppe zwischen den Stockwerken ist mit einer Kindersicherung ausgestattet. Es stehen neben dem Doppel- (160cm) noch zwei Ausziehbetten (140cm) zur Verfügung.
