Everything was as described, host was responsive and helpful, the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay

Very nice and well equipped apartment in the middle of Gauja national park. Beautiful surroundings and a lot of nice places to visit nearby. Wished we could have stayed longer!

All over good place, good location, good for families

Nachdem wir die letzten vier Tage in Städten verbracht hatten, hatten wir Sehnsucht nach ländlicher Ruhe und Weite. Genau das haben wir bei Marika und Gerry gefunden. Ein lettisches Landhaus, mitten auf der grünen Wiese mit sehr netten und hilfreichen Gastgebern. Auch den Austausch mit den beiden haben wir genossen, was ja selbst bei Airbnb leider immer seltener der Fall ist. Für uns ist das nach wie vor ein Grund für Airbnb in Abgrenzung zu Hotels oder Bed and Breakfast. Alles in allem haben wir zwei sehr erholsame Tage gehabt, mit Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die wir mit dem Fahrrad erkundet haben. Highlights waren das Baden im Matinusee und der spontane Besuch in der KUSSH-Brauerei mit feinem Bier, Dartwerfen und Tischfussball.

Tikām ļoti sirsnīgi uzņemti, istaba ir mājīga un omulīga, tieši tāda, kā aprakstīts – tīra, ērta un labi aprīkota. Jana bija ļoti viesmīlīga un atsaucīga, atbildēja uz visiem jautājumiem un deva noderīgus padomus par apkārtni. Noteikti iesaku šo naktsmītni citiem ceļotājiem!

Jauka un mājīga atmosfēra, arī īpašniece ļoti atsaucīga un pretimnākoša. Brīvdienas izdevušās labāk, kā plānots. Noteikti brauksim vel!☺️

I recently stayed in this cozy apartment and had a fantastic experience! The decor is warm and inviting. The location is ideal, close to shops and restaurants, and the host was very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment.

Lieliska vieta, kur atpūsties no pilsētas burzmas. Viss tīrs un pārdomāts. Ļoti atsaucīgi un pretimnākoši saimnieki. Izmantojām arī pirtiņu, kas bija lieliski sagatavota. Patika, ka ir padomāts arī par bērniem, kur var drošā vidē iziet, pastaigāties, rotaļāties bērnu laukumiņā, un pat apskatīt aitiņas. Noteikti vēl atgriezīsimies!

Lovely house, had a great winter weekend in the snow. Great hot tub. Responsive host. Very enjoyable stay. Nice for families. Garden looks great for the summer. Definitely recommend it.

Ļoti skaista vieta meža ielokā pie ezera! Mājiņa un pirtiņa ir skaisti iekārtota, viss bija ļoti tīrs un mājīgs. Atpūtāmies kopā ar maziem bērniem, visiem pietika vietas, lai baudītu atpūtu. No mājiņas terases paveras skaists skats uz ezeru, izmantojām arī laivu, lai pabrauktu pa to. Ļoti atsaucīga saimniece, viegla komunikācija! :) Paldies par uzņemšanu, noteikti atgriezīsimies! :)

Second time living in this airbnb, very cozy and nice as always!! Feeling like home when you living in there. They changed the cushion covers to a Christmas one and putting a lot of Christmas decorations in the room, very cute and feeling very good🥰 Can feel that they put a lot of efforts on decorating the apartment!! They also heat up the apartment before we arrived, very considerate and comfortable🥰🥰feeling so warm when you step in the apartment. The cover of the sofa is also different from last time, they are trying to make you feel like home and a doing different small things for you. Very nice apartment and owner!! Will definitely stay in this apartment again if i will be in Smiltene again🥰❤️

Ļoti jauka un mājīga vieta, jutāmies kā mājās. Kristīne ir superīgs hosts, bija sasniedzama, uzreiz saņēmām atbildes uz interesējošiem jautājumiem, sajūta kā komunicējot ar draudzeni, ļoti sirsnīgi un jauki. Pati lokācija arī ir laba, pat ar kājām var aiziet visur, kur nepieciešams, kā arī skats pa logu bija fantastisks. Paldies!

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung, ruhige Lage, alles in der Nähe : Cafés Lebensmittelgeschäfte, schöne Wanderwege. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

This is a superb place to stay. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The shower is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home.
