Çeşme'nin tam kalbinde; meyhaneler, restaurantlar, gece hayatı, plaj ve tüm cazibe noktalarının yanıbaşında konumuna rağmen yine de istediğiniz an kaçıp sığınabileceğiniz ve kendinizi "ev"de hissedebileceğiniz bir mekan düşlemiştik..Tamamen yeni inşa edilmiş bir bina olmasına rağmen aile yadigarı "vintage" mobilyaların geri dönüştürülüp revize edilmesiyle bu hissi yakalayabildik . Oteller bize de hiç samimi gelmedi. Gelip bir Ege'li gibi hissetmenizi ve yerel bir deneyim yaşamanızı diliyoruz.

Chios - Great sea view charming villa

"Spiti Elaionas" is a charming renovated stone house located at 300 meters from the golden sandy beach of Karfas. The house can lodge 4 adultes/4 kids maximum. Nestled on a hill planted of olive and wild pistachio-trees, it offers a splendid view to the sea and the Turkish coast (binoculars not to forget) . Quiet but not isolated ( shops and restaurants are 300 m. away). The house is simply decorated but with taste. Karfas is the best spot to visit Chios because of its central localisation.
